Google Play Policy Compliance Statement
In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Requirement and Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), this web page allows any user to initiate complete erasure of their account data without needing to retain the app installed on their device.
Option 1: In-App Self Deletion (Instant)
If you currently have the app or game installed on your device:
- Open the Settings (Gear Icon) menu in the game.
- Navigate to Account & Privacy.
- Tap Delete My Account & Clear Data and confirm the warning prompt.
This will instantly purge your cloud save records, player ID, and local game state.
Option 2: Direct Web Deletion Form (If App is Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, submit your request using the secure web form below or email contact@monikstudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
What data will be deleted: Cloud game progress, player profile identifier, telemetry linked to your device identifier, and support conversation logs.
Data retention exceptions: Legally mandated financial audit transaction logs maintained by Apple/Google for tax compliance are preserved by Apple/Google under their respective policies.
