Key Summary for Store Reviewers & Users: Monik Studio designs native mobile games, productivity apps, and browser extensions with an offline-first philosophy. We do not harvest personal identities, sell behavioral advertising data, or track users across third-party websites or services. All telemetry is anonymous and restricted to diagnostic stability.

1. Scope & Architecture

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games, utility applications, and Chrome extensions created and distributed by Monik Studio (collectively, "Services"), including but not limited to Lịch Xưa - Lịch Âm Vạn Niên, Ding! – Kitchen Timer, Lynote: Draw Music, DocuShelf: Document Scanner, Knife Shooter Hit Top, MonikShot: Easy Screenshot, and Monik Shorts Block.

Our design principle is privacy by design. Whenever feasible, our software functions entirely on your local device without requiring registration, remote accounts, or cloud logins.

2. Information We Process

  • Information We Never Collect: We do not collect your real name, physical address, phone number, contacts list, camera photos, microphone audio, GPS location coordinates, or biometric identifiers.
  • Local Gameplay & Preference Storage: Game progress, high scores, custom settings (such as sound effects and dark mode), and extension preferences are saved locally on your device storage.
  • Purchase Receipts & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Transaction IDs, cryptographic subscription receipts, and token validations generated by Apple App Store (StoreKit) and Google Play In-App Billing to unlock premium tiers, VIP passes, or ad-removal passes. We never receive, access, or store your credit card, debit card, or payment credentials; all financial transactions are processed securely through Apple or Google.
  • Voluntary Communication Data: Name, email address, and message contents when you contact our support desk at contact@monikstudio.com.

3. Third-Party Services & SDK Integrations

To provide high-quality mobile gaming, utility features, and secure subscription entitlement validation, we integrate standard official platform SDKs:

Apple StoreKit & Google Play Billing Receipt validation, auto-renewable subscription management, and purchase restoration.
Apple Game Center & Play Games Achievements, leaderboards & cloud save synchronization.
Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics Anonymous crash reports and stability diagnostics.
Ad Networks (Google AdMob / Unity Ads) Contextual ads adhering strictly to Apple ATT and Google Play Families guidelines.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

Our games and applications comply strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
